Guarantee policy:

Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the moment the Guest gives the Agent their credit card information, Agents are authorized to charge said credit card for the full rental amount agreed upon including any additional fees (Pet fees when applicable, Cleaning Fee, Resort/Amenities Fee, and/or 14% sales tax) 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guest acknowledges that unit requests are not guaranteed. The Pineapple Doors will try every effort to honor requests, however it cannot be guaranteed.
